Man it’s hard to find nice suits for women! We very nearly chose an intriguing Dior number that reminded us of Anna Wintour’s dress at the most recent Met Ball, but we decided instead to go with this one, which is much easier on the wallet and the eyes. We like the shape of the jacket and the skirt; we think it’s perfect for wearing to the office on a deathly hot summer day, and we think the colors are fun. (We’d probably go for the navy, but you can also buy it in the red shown below, a lemon yellow, or a soothing gray.) Jacket is $188, pencil skirt is $88.

It *is* a great suit. I bought it in navy. It’s very well-made, especially considering the price.
