We usually try to avoid a basic suit for our suit of the week, but J.Crew suits so rarely go on sale that we couldn’t resist. Thus: This week’s suit of the week is the Super 120s suiting — it’s one of the finest kinds of merino wool, made from high-test yarns. It can be worn all four seasons, and offers a silky-smooth drape. The jacket was $230, now $175 (in select colors); the city-fit trousers are now $98 (were $130).

I love the J.Crew suiting. I have two suits from J.Crew and they fit really nicely.
