Wednesday’s TPS Report: Kaleidolight Cardigan

by Kat January 19, 2011 Fashion

Our daily TPS reports suggest one piece of work-appropriate attire in a range of prices.

Kaleidolight CardiganLove this cotton sweater from Anthropologie — the abstract pattern and the blue “blurs” seem to promise spring. I might pick up the lightest blue in my accessories — a turquoise necklace or ring would be great. It’s $118 at Anthropologie. Kaleidolight Cardigan

Splurge Tuesday’s TPS Report: Printed Reversible Jacket

by Kat January 18, 2011 Fashion

Our daily TPS reports suggest one piece of work-appropriate attire in a range of prices.

ELIE TAHARI Printed Reversible JacketI like this jacket — it’s interesting, a classic in black and white, and you get two in one, because it’s reversible. One side is this tweed (pictured), and the other is a shadowy flower pattern. I’d wear the jacket with black trousers or on top of a black sheath dress, and maybe add a pop of color in my earrings or shoes. Was $498, now $298 at Lord & Taylor’s (only select sizes left).
