Happy hump day!
Nordstrom has tons of further reductions on … well, everything. Today we’re liking this cute pinstripe blazer. We like the interesting fold details on the collar, as well as the ruching on the back. Haaate the skirt it came with, though (pictured) — we would wear it with black trousers or a sheath dress instead. (Seriously, check out the “from the back” picture on Nordstrom — the ruffles form an off-center box.) The blazer by itself is $129 (was $265), still available in sizes 0 through 10. L.A.M.B. We’re loving this stretch twill blazer as a great summer staple. First, the creamy hue — great with almost any color (although if we were to wear it with black we’d throw in some color accents, even if the accents are just gray). It’s stretch twill — comfy and sturdy! — and will keep its shape throughout the summer. Finally, the details on it are sophisticated but interesting: the wide curve of the shawl collar, the fact that the lapels end in forked accents, and the seaming throughout. Gorgeous! Available at Nordstrom for $265. L.A.M.B. ‘Candy Stripe’ Stretch Twill Blazer

We admit it, we’re kind of obsessed with L.A.M.B. clothes of late — but this lightweight wool cardigan just strikes us as another slightly funky yet still work appropriate item for the office. We’d wear it beneath a black suit, with a white v-neck t-shirt showing, and the cardigan buttoned around our midsection so it looks slightly like a vest. It would also be great paired with wide-legged trousers in an unexpected color, like dark purple or green. Available at Nordstrom for $225. L.A.M.B. Brush Dye Cardigan

Shopbop is having a 20% off sale, which means this beautiful L.A.M.B. dress is $340 for today only (regularly $425). We lurve the fabric — wool with just a touch of spandex — and we love the flattering print. The hidden slash pockets are too cool, and for some reason we love the way the slit in the back looks with the lined fabric. For work, we’d stodge it up with some classic white pearls and a black blazer or long black cardigan (at least hip length). L.A.M.B Nancy Dress

Wow, what a gorgeous wool sweater. It’s so rare to find a piece that works both for the office and for casual wear, but this one does it — we’d wear this with a pencil skirt and some decently high heels to the office… and then with leggings or jeans on the weekend. It strikes us as a classic, glamorous, gorgeous sweater. Available at ShopBop for $295. L.A.M.B Button Sleeve Sweater
