Our daily TPS reports suggest one piece of work-appropriate attire in a range of prices. We begin the week in splurge mode, with our most expensive suggestions, and wind our way to Friday, where a less expensive item of clothing might be just what you need to make it to the weekend.
Today’s TPS report is, admittedly, inspired by a “trend report” over at ShopStyle on Love Quotes scarves, where there is an impressive array of all the celebrities wearing the scarves. As a summertime trend, we’re not so sure it makes sense, but we love any stylish thing that will keep us warm during the frigid months of office air conditioning. Here’s the deal: each scarf comes with a tag containing a “love quote” by someone famous (hence the name). That might not be enough to shell out $85, but the fine Italian linen/viscose blend might change your mind. It doesn’t hurt that 10% of their profits go to children’s charities, either.
