Naturalizer

Naturalizer Ashby I’m really into wedge heels this season, and I like this reasonably-priced shoe from Naturalizer. I like the plain black leather one, myself, but the Naturalizer site has them in a black and gray croc pattern, Amazonand Zappos both have them in a brown croc, and Piperlime has them in a lovely wine. They’re $59.99-$79.95.

Naturalizer Women's Media Ballet FlatThis one goes out to all the ladies who dislike wearing heels — loving the look to this simple ballet flat from Naturalizer. The low vamp, the classic buckle, the rubber soles — it looks classic and comfortable. It’s pictured here in “oxford brown,” but it’s also available in black, a reddish “cab sav,” a “classic olive,” and a navy. It’s $79 at Naturalizer, but Amazon has limited sizes available for as low as $67.96. Naturalizer Women’s Media Ballet Flat

It’s time for end-of-season clearance at Naturalizer — including markdowns on these fabulous zebra-striped shoes.  Love the walkable two-inch heel, the conservative buckle paired with the zebra print, and the great padding inside the shoe.  It’s also available in black leather and a great “saddle tan” leather.  Was $79, now $39.99.  Naturalizer Lockhart

(Pssst – if you’re a fan of Naturalizer, check out the sale going on today at 6pm.com, as well — this shoe isn’t among the sale items, but lots of other fun things.  The sale ends 8/6.)

Our daily TPS reports suggest one piece of work-appropriate attire in a range of prices.
Naturalizer Women's Bohemia PumpReader T writes in to sing the praises of Naturalizer’s Bohemia pump. “I cannot say enough good things! They are comfy, walkable, and super cute. I loved them so much, I got a pair in Bisque/Taupe, and a second pair in Black. I have especially gotten lots of compliments on the Bisque ones.” We agree — the shoes do look super cute. We like the slightly unusual gray/black/teal combo (pictured, on sale at Endless), or the taupe pair available through Naturalizer’s website.  Some of the color combos are on sale, so the price ranges from $57.90 to $79.95.  They come in sizes 5.5 through 12.  Naturalizer Women’s Bohemia Pump

Our daily TPS reports suggest one piece of work-appropriate attire in a range of prices. We begin the week in splurge mode, with our most expensive suggestions, and wind our way to Friday, where a less expensive item of clothing might be just what you need to make it to the weekend.

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: a purple pump is surprisingly versatile. They’re a great counterpart to a navy suit (although black shoes are appropriate also); they’re also a fun way to jazz up black or gray. Purple suede, in particular, works well — it absorbs the light and won’t put everyone in your office on notice of your purple shoes (unlike, say, patent leather). We like that these Naturalizer pumps (which come in black and brown, as well) are a manageable height without being stodgy. We also like the price: $39.99 (previously $79.99).
