Barneys is having some great deals on shoes — including a ton of Manolo Blahniks marked to under $350. Sizes are very limited, but I’m liking, for example, this pink slingback, the Calopha. It’s Manolo Blahnik! Need I say more? It was $850, now marked to $339 at Barneys. Manolo Blahnik Calopha

Talbots has a ton, ton, ton of great things on sale right now, including a ton of blazers, skirts, and dresses that are work appropriate. For this morning’s TPS, I’m liking this flannel tuxedo jacket . Love the curvy Kate fit, the classic look, and the bright pop of color (e.g., fuchsia, pictured, as well as black, green sapphire, and pigment blue). This one was $179, but is now marked to $75.99 (and available in regular, petites, woman’s, and woman petites). Talbots Kate Fit Flannel Tuxedo Jacket

Lacoste has some great sales going on right now, including a number of very chic dresses. Me, I like this wrap dress, which for some reason strikes me as having a French vibe. The colorblocked version (pictured) is primarily a spring/summer/fall dress, I think, but the all-black version I could see worn with a long-sleeved, tissue-thin turtleneck beneath it and dark tights. It was $155, but is now $77 at Lacoste. Short Sleeve Pique Modal Wrap Dress With Woven Skirt

I first saw this jacket a few weeks ago, looking for a Suit of the Week, and every time I come back to it I’m wowed by it — the colors! the shape! the style! It’s just gorgeous. Love the tweed, love the interplay of the horizontal and diagonal stripes, and I love the shrunken feel to it. ShopBop has it styled in a more casual way, but as you can tell from Bergdorf’s website it would also look great with more conservative duds. It’s $428 at both. Nanette Lepore Juke Box Tweed Jacket

The Outnet has a TON of work-appropriate dresses at deep discounts — lovely things like this “rust” silk dress from Dolce & Gabbana. For once I love the keyhole at the neck, the tabs at the shoulders, the cap sleeves, the pleats at the waist — gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. It was $1900, and is now marked to $475 (lucky size 4 only). Woven-silk dress

I am a fan of this jacket in almost any color but this mustard and pink combo — but alas, that’s the one they chose to put the model in, so FINE. As we segue-way into warmer weather (finally!) it always strikes me how women can express a ton of individuality and personality in outerwear. It also makes sense for it to be a bit of a splurge — after all, you may wear it multiple times a week. I like this textured cotton coat from Boden — the “tipping” on the pockets, cuffs (and even on the half-belt in the back, love!) adds a bit of interest and whimsy, and I always love a colored lining. It’s available in, well, this color (sigh), a dark blue/light blue combo (which you know I can get behind), a really subtle navy-on-navy (with pink lining) combo, and a a beige/taupe combo (also pretty subtle). Lovely. It’s $168 at Boden, most sizes still available (except the mustard, which I just noticed is sold out — clearly I’m the only one who hates it). Tipped Sixties Coat
