I had a hard time picking which of the 6 colors of this dress to feature. Ultimately, I went with this blue, named for a spot in the Bahamas. Love the wide sleeves, the high neckline, and the pockets — and for $18.75 (down from $24.99) it’s a great price. I like that reviewers call out the heavy weight of the fabric and the figure flattering features. We like the elbow-length sleeves, which can be great if you don’t like exposing your upper arms, and we like the button details on the sleeves and empire waist. We’d probably wear it layered for the office — camisole or turtleneck beneath, with a cardigan or blazer on top of it for the office. Isn’t it a cute dress that’s almost too boring, but then is saved by the ruffled lettuce trim on it? We’re normally not big fans of horizontal stripes, but the gray on gray effect strikes us as one that would seem sophisticated, not Waldo-esque.
