Old Navy is having a great sale on “fundamentals” right now, and it seems like everything’s marked down just a wee bit more. We like this ruched cowl neck top — it seems like a great layering piece beneath a cardigan or jacket, or on top of a camisole in another color. We’d wear it with a gray suit, perhaps with a yellow camisole or tank intentionally peeking out.
