Women Writers II Umbrella
I can’t decide how I feel about this umbrella. On the one hand: hooray for lady writers! On the other hand: MUST the “delightful caricatures” make all the authors look so, well, fug? On the third hand (which I’m discovering one needs), perhaps it’s too schlocky anyway. Opinions? It’s $24 at Amazon. Women Writers II Umbrella

Color-Changing UmbrellaLove, love, love this umbrella, which — when dry — is black and white. The paint splatter pattern changes to bright shades of green, yellow, blue, pink, and orange when wet. Sounds like just what the doctor ordered on a rainy day! It’s $40 at the MoMA Store ($36 if you’re a member). Color-Changing Umbrella

We’ve been longing for spring — a lot — lately, even if it brings April showers. Target has a number of really cute umbrellas right now, including this bubble umbrella. We like that it has just the slightest touch of florescent lime green — and will protect your hair, let you see where you’re walking, and, because you can hold it lower and with more control, it hopefully will keep you from poking taller people in the eye with your umbrella.  Lovely.  It’s $16 at Target (and also comes in blue, pink , and black if you dislike the green).  Totes Bubble Umbrella
