Happy Friday! I’m liking this knit dress from Target’s Merona Collection — a straight skirt, a flattering V-neck, and a “tumble dry low” care instruction? Sign me up. I’d wear it with a navy blazer for the office. The dress is also available in black and a taupey “earthworm,” and all 3 colors come in petite as well (navy/green, black, earthworm). It’s $34.95 at Target. Merona® Collection Women’s Odette Knit Dress – Navy/Green

Happy Wednesday! I like the look of this black and white dress from Donna Morgan, available in regulars and petites. The top is apparently a “true wrap bodice” but the skirt is a “partially-stitched down, faux wrap” — whatever it is the reviewers seem to love it, as all give it 5 stars. It’s $128 for both regulars and petites at Nordstrom. Donna Morgan Print Jersey Top Wrap Dress

Happy Monday! I’m liking this beautiful wrap-around dress from Tory Burch. Love the gathered bodice and self-belt, as well as the ladylike length. For the office I’d wear it with a structured, closely fitted blazer on top — perhaps in a white or navy — and closed-toe, nude-for-me pumps. Saks has the “purple chickadee” print (pictured); note that Tory Burch’s website also has it in a navy “featherfan” print. It’s $388 at both. Tory Burch Theona Printed Silk Wrap-Around Dress

I am loving this simple dress from DKNY today — nice high neckline, ladylike length, made from natural fibers (wool) — it’s just kind of perfect. Add to all that the fact that it is on sale and still available in sizes S, M, and L — lovely! Was $195, now $136.65 at Bloomingdale’s (where the sale has now hit 60% off). I have heard many readers sing the praises of this wrap dress — enough so that I recently bought one for myself in black. And it’s great — it’s easy to get the wrinkles out, comfortable to wear and to throw on in the morning, and generally all-around appropriate for work. I wear a camisole under mine just to raise the neckline a bit, but in general: it’s a great dress. Which makes the sales today even better — the black and gray colors are marked $49.99, while the purple and teal (available online only) are still marked $98. However — with code BRJAN25, you can take 25% off your order today, which lowers the price even more. The dress is available in regular, talls and petites. Banana Republic 3/4-sleeve faux-wrap dress

The floral trend is finally getting to us: we’re loving this dress, exclusively at Neiman Marcus. Love the mix of the muted, asexual gray with the feminine ruffles and flowers — it’s a great combination and one that works well for the office. We’d probably keep accessories pretty simple here because it’s such a big print — perhaps some layered silver necklaces and a cuff, and a platform pump in a black, gray, or a skin tone. The dress is $195 at Neiman Marcus, sizes 4-16. Ruffled Silk Wrap Dress
