Linea Pelle Dylan Large Shoulder Bag (Fall)Update: Please note that the giveaway contest is closed — but the discount codes will be good through 8/31/2011!

I've been a fan of Linea Pelle leather goods since I discovered them a few years ago, and I'm proud to announce a giveaway for Corporette readers! The Dylan Large Shoulder Bag (which retails for $415) has a 9.5″ drop on the handle, gold hardware, and tons of pockets. As always, I love a fun lining, and the zebra one here is great. For fall, the bag is available in tmoro (pictured), black, crimson, and a dark blue “midnight.”

The good folks at Linea Pelle have extended a 20% off code just for Corporette readers:  LPCORP20 for any full-price purchase of $150 or more (and get free ground shipping with code G3FREESHIP) (both offers good through 8/31/11).

The Rules: Comment on this post (including your email address), telling us where you'd wear the bag. The winner will be announced on Tuesday, August 23. Winner gets to choose the color. You must include your email in the comment so you can be contacted by Kat in the event you win the giveaway. Your information will be held in confidence by Corporette pursuant to The Corporette Privacy Policy, and you will only be contacted by Kat in the event you win the giveaway.

  1. I love this bag! Would definitely use it for everyday use at work and running around town. It’s an instant classic. hrbard at gmail

  2. I would wear this bag to work and probably to court. It would be better than my current bag, which is the kind that does not zip or button closed.

  3. What’s not to love about this bag?? Aside from being roomy enough to carry the essentials to work, but not so big that you’re toting around a laptop and files, it looks like the perfect weekend bag!! I would totally flaunt this bag shopping and lunching on a crisp fall day with boots and a chunky sweater or a blazer. Ooooh wheee!!

  4. I would carry that bag absolutely everywhere! The blue and the brown are absolutely gorgeous. It also looks like it would hold a laptop and a couple of books, which are necessities for my job (and/or shoulder-wrecking habit of toting my life around in my purse, egads.)

  5. This is the perfect bag to wear when visiting my good friend who lives across the city (the opposite direction from my place) straight from work. I find myself going to a casual dinner with her; then suddenly that turns into a night on the town. This bag is cute enough to wear out to a bar or a club, yet big enough to stow an extra cute shirt to change into at her place so I don’t need to always be borrowing her clothes!

  6. I’m moving to Austin soon for a clerkship. So, I’d wear this bag to work (I’m sorely in need of a new workbag), and then out to a great bar afterwards for happy hour with live music!

  7. I would wear this bag absolutely everywhere (I have a habit of picking a bag and sticking with it for weeks on end!). However, I’m thinking that this would be especially lovely to take on my date tonight to the planetarium! The Crimson color reminds me of the night sky, and the size is perfect- big enough to carry essentials, but not too enormous.

  8. This would be my weekly bag- transfer from office/luncheons/after work drinks/date nights… carry the usual water bottle/flats/heels/daily planner…

  9. I would just love to take this bag when going to school , then i could just show off my brand new bag, and my kids would be like, “wow mom u look great!”, then i’d reply “i know kids “. My email is monte_204@hotmail.com. PLease win

  10. That’s a beautiful bag – good quality leather is so hard to find! I’d take it to work, and then on the weekends trounce around the shops in the SF mission.

  11. What better place to wear this bag than to my first day of my MBA program at Pepperdine University. :)

  12. This bag would be perfect for pretty much every day: travel – check!, meetings with clients – check!, bookbag for school (since I am also a part-time law student) – check!, interviews for resume, etc. – check! How very nice. Nice of you Kat to do this. Love this blog.

  13. I’d wear it everywhere! Perfect for work, even when taking clients out, but I’m also a mom of three, and it could double as a diaper bag (and not look frumpy at all!) when going out shopping with the kiddies.

  14. I’d wear it to the office for sure, as well as for everyday running errands.

  15. I’d wear it to work, and as someone who attends lots of events and conferences, it is essential to have a bag that can hold my stuff (and lots of it).

  16. This would be a great “main” bag! I would carry it to work, and probably everywhere else, too…

  17. Anywhere, but especially to work. I always throw a lunch in my bag, as well as my iPad, sunglasses case, pouch for cords, wallet, etc, so I need room, but love that it doesn’t look bulky!

  18. I love bags with pockets. Especially ones like this, that let me find my keys, and my phone, and still have enough space to store the crayons & notepad, and puzzle, and bouncy ball in a separate compartment. (Why yes, I do have children, why do you ask). I hate switching bags, so a bag that lets me have enough space for work & play is awesome. Also, loving the brown color, and the non-black interior.

  19. I would wear it everywhere! It looks perfect for work, weekends, traveling, etc.

  20. I use Capital Bikeshare to get around DC, and this bag would be a great fit in the bike basket! Cool enough for (grad) school, but nice enough to take to my internship!
