Who Are Your Favorite Celebrities to Watch for Business Casual Fashion Looks?

Here's a fun little question for today — who are your favorite celebrities to watch for fashion, especially business casual type of outfits? Actresses, politicians, public figures — who do you look at often and say wow, they just do not miss, AND I can recreate that look myself?
For my $.02, I'd include celebrities like:
- Keri Russell – her accessories are often incredibly cool and the star of the show
- Alexa Chung – I love the way she mixes high and low
- Meghan Markle – She leans towards the more formal side, to be sure, but I've also liked a lot of her looks in jeans or separates.
For more formal looks, of course, Queen Letizia of Spain and Kate Middleton still look amazing.

Had my THIRD interview this afternoon for a job I’m excited about and I am wiped. I was hoping this one would be more informal but I was grilled!! I think I did well, but I don’t think I’m getting it – I just have a feeling. There was a team of 3 interviewers, including the exec of the team this role would be a part of, and she didn’t seem interested. They said I’ll hear next week regardless. Sigh. I do have a job that I’m stable in for now at least so that’s something.
