We love the floating epaulets, the toggle closure, and the artfully placed (and functional) pockets. It's nice with a delicate dress, as shown, but we think it's even nicer with a brightly-colored tank and a pair of black slacks, or perhaps a pastel tee and a pair of brown or navy slacks.
