We love this gorgeous, unusual printed cardigan from Tory Burch. A tight pattern like this works well at the office because it achieves an almost abstract look from far away — yet up close it's delicate flowers. We'd wear the cardigan with a white tank and khaki skirt over the summer, or on top of a black shift dress. I love the print on this set, even from far away. I’d probably wear the cardigan tucked into cropped harem pants with a brightly colored belt and printed heels.
I was never really into Tory Burch’s Upper-East-Side-mommy-in-the-Hamptons look, but her Fall ’09 show was amazing! I was impressed that she was able to incorporate the ubiquitous tough-as-nails attitude that was all over the runways this season, while still maintaining an overall air of uptown chic.
