Outfit Idea: Peppy Conservative Casual

We just did the August 2020 most-bought roundup and I thought I'd put together a little outfit suggestion featuring this gorgeous neon-pink blazer (which also comes in plus sizes!). I always like to have slightly contrasting colors together, like burgundy and hot pink, and I think this outfit would work for a creative office or a casual day in a conservative office — particularly a day when you need some energy or a pick me up!

Obviously you can also wear the neon pink blazer with gray — an all-gray monotone outfit beneath it would actually be a really sophisticated look, or I think it would be great with navy or black. How would you wear, ladies? (And what are some of your outfit ideas for conservative casual events?
