I like it and may have to give Anthro another chance – I’d given up browsing the store because every item seemed to either be super saccharine or have one-too-many-things syndrome (I’d expect the pictured sweater to have plastic stones embroidered on it, or crocheted roses hanging off the collar, or something). But especially in those bold, not-pinky-peachy colors, this has just enough going on to be interesting!
Totally agree. When Anthro keeps things quiet-for-them, they’re brilliant. Put this with black pants, black shell, black shoes: perfect. Hm… needs a necklace… pearls. There. Done.
Love it! Anyone have a sense of whether this one runs true to size?
In my experience, Anthropologie’s clothes run a bit small.
Ook. Not a fan of florals. Too much like upholstery in my personal history.
love it. Nice pattern and colors. I just bought a different cardigan in an admittedly more ridiculous pattern from them last week so am glad to see this on here – it hasn’t arrived yet and I have been second-guessing the choice!
that would be fantastic with black/ivory pinstriped pants.
For work? Wear this for work? Not me.
I’m with MEG. Yuck. Anthropology seems to cater to teenagers and college age kids, no? Over-priced, trendy and poorly made, in my opinion.
Looks like a Grandma sweater. No thanks!
Honest question here: what is it that makes it grandma-ish? Liz from Europe, I’d be interested to hear your input, too. For women of a certain age, avoiding looking grandma-ish is a real issue. Thanks.
Egads, no. Though my grandma would like this, in all likelyhood.
Hah, Tinylawyer, we think alike!
Just wondering why it would be bold to wear it with pinstripes instead of plain black?
