I like the belt, the high (but still flattering, I think) V-neck neckline, and the pleats — it looks fun and festive, and I suspect it could be dressed up or down. Just need to vent — I am figuratively shaking my fist at whoever wrote the grant application guide for NIH grants right now. There are some awfully obscure required items in the instructions.
