Target has had a bunch of great work T-shirts recently, but this cap-sleeve version is one of my most recent favorites.

Now that summer is officially here, I’m looking for lightweight tops that can work for the office or for the weekends.

This short-sleeved cardigan would make a great topper for days when you want to cover your arms a bit, but it’s just too hot for long sleeves.
