Thursday's TPS Report: Banana Republic's Pleated Printed Dress

We're normally not a fan of pleats for the office. On pants? Please, no. On skirts? Ok, Betty Crocker. We'd wear it with red or purple pumps, and perhaps a structured sweater blazer in a neutral like gray, white, or black.
