Our daily TPS reports suggest one piece of work-appropriate attire in a range of prices. We begin the week in splurge mode, with our most expensive suggestions, and wind our way to Friday, where a less expensive item of clothing might be just what you need to make it to the weekend. Banana Republic’s Pleated Printed DressWe're normally not a fan of pleats for the office. On pants? Please, no. On skirts? Ok, Betty Crocker. For some reason, though, we like them on this printed dress at Banana Republic — along with the geometric print, nipped-in waist, and cap sleeves, the overall effect is more professional than anything else. We'd wear it with red or purple pumps, and perhaps a structured sweater blazer in a neutral like gray, white, or black. It's currently $79.99 at Banana Republic (was $130) — part of their new 40% off sale. Women: Pleated printed dress – Black
