Thursday’s TPS Report: White House|Black Market’s Elysee Peplum Jacket

Our daily TPS reports suggest one piece of work-appropriate attire in a range of prices. We begin the week in splurge mode, with our most expensive suggestions, and wind our way to Friday, where a less expensive item of clothing might be just what you need to make it to the weekend. 17 White House|Black Market is having a great spring sale right now, including this peplum jacket, which we've been seeing everywhere of late. (A refresher: a peplum is technically a skirt attached to a jacket; in its 2009 incarnation we're seeing short flaps on the frontside of the jacket extended from the waist down. It gives the jacket more flounce and accentuates your waist.)
