Very Nice! I wish it had feet to protect the bottom from wear.
How is the quality of this line?
To k-
I’ve never bought a bag from this line, but upon inspection at stores it seems pretty nice. Lots of interior pockets, etc.
That said, you’d have to be really clueless to pay full price for a B. Makowsky bag. Discount places like Marshalls and TJ Maxx are usually loaded with them, as are Wilsons leather outlets, etc. If nothing else, go to Macy’s and use a coupon from the Sunday paper.
This bag is available in tons of colors elsewhere; just search for the bag name on froogle.
Thanks Erin for tips on where to find this cheaper. I like it in Lemon. A trip to TJ Maxx’s is in order..
I have a B Makosky bag and love it. The leather is so soft and they hold up very well. (I am very rough with my bags.). I got mine from Marshalls for about half off. There were tons of them there this past weekend. I have also seen decent prices on his bags on QVC. For anyone is familiar with Kathy Van Zeeland bags, Kathy is his wife. Both lines fall under the same company, however B bags seem to be of higher quality than Kathy bags.
There are 2 common complaints about B bags. They tend to be quite heavy, but I take this as a sign of sturdiness. Also, the outside cell phone pocket is an extremely tight fit for iPhones and blackberries, but there are usually interior pockets that are perfect for the larger phones.
They have these bags (they’re part of their LITES line and WAY lighter than their usual line) for $139 in California Marshalls stores as of this past Wednesday.
Picked one up for a xmas gift. They’re gorgeous!
