Simplicity so it can be used with a lot of different clothes combinations
Any pair of heels that doesn’t leave my feet throbbing at the end of the day would be great. I have a wider toe and a narrow heel, so finding shoes that fit and don’t flop around is a big plus.
And I must be able to walk in them. My facility has nearly 2 miles of hallway, and I have days I walk them all. Twice. In a hurry.
I need office heels to be comfortable enough to wear all day and night! Also, a steady heel without squeaks or wobbles.
Finding a truly comfortable pair of pumps is like searching for a unicorn. Shoes that are a joy to wear and effortless to walk in are top priorities for me.
I look for a shoe that provides significant cushion while still looking classic.
I need to not be limping by the end of the day. If shoes are only comfortable for sitting at my desk, they won’t work.
Durability! I’m tired of constantly repairing my heels and wish I could find work shoes as sturdy and well made as my boyfriend’s work lace ups and loafers.
People should notice your office heels because they’re cute, not because you’re walking slowly and painfully, and not because you constantly need to give your crunched toes a rest!
I tend to like heels with pattern or an interesting color that are around 3″ and wont hurt my toes. If I can stay in them without taking them off under my desk during the day, they’re a winner!

Comfort + Classic with a twist. I work in a relatively conservative office but I love to wear shoes that show a bit of my true personal style. Plus, I have no arches, so if I am wearing heels, they had better be as comfortable as possible!

I feel that your shoes are a reflection of your professionalism and style. For me, shoes must not only be classic, but updated and of good quality without breaking the bank. In addition, what is also very important is that they are comfortable and one must be able to walk in them without stumbling. I wear a suit or other suitable business attire every day, so I want my shoes to compliment what I am wearing. I served in the US Air Force for 26 years, and began a new career in the Federal government almost two years ago where I transitioned from Combat Boots, to “Girlie” attire. It’s nice now to express who the real me is!
The MOST important thing I look for when shopping for work heels is comfort. I’m also looking for beautiful and appropriate, but if I don’t think I can make it 12 hours in them, I won’t buy them! I try on shoes and walk around the store in them, a lot. And if I feel even the slightest bit like they’re going to make my feet cry after a few hours, I put them back on the shelf – plain and simple.
Those shoes are adorable! I definitely look for comfort first when it comes to office heels. It doesn’t matter what how cute shoes are, if I can’t walk two steps in them without crying.
I prefer a 3-4 inch heel that’s comfortable and classy. And I like heels that I can power-walk in without them slipping off my feet!

Style and comfort! It seems easy but it’s a combination that is difficult to find. Being able to go from day to night would also be a BIG plus.
I’m always looking for comfortable heels that can be worn to the office and then right to dinner. I walk a lot at work and always end up in pain by the end of the day.
Quality and fit. I need my heels to take me from 9 to 5…or 6, 7, 8, or 9. And I want them to still be in good quality a year from now. Why pay for shoes that fall apart after a few wears?

Cute shoes! I need something durable, well-made, and classic. SO hard to find reasonably priced shoes that match that, I hope these fit the bill!
The most important thing to me is balance and comfort. Not having the feeling that your toes are being squeezed together and having to shift from one foot to the other.
I look for comfort first and foremost. I can’t take a step in heels without collapsing. I have very flat feet and I literally can’t stand without a couple of extra insoles inside heels.
Other than that, I look for heels that aren’t “too pointy” because I also have wide feet, which wouldn’t fit.

My most important attribute is a quality shoe that is stylish but conformable. I love a well made shoe with a comfortable toe box that doesn’t look like my grandma’s pumps with a crazy chunky heel.
