We like this organic cotton dress from eDressMe.com — the high neckline, the cap sleeves, the knee-length skirt — all very acceptable for work, but with the comfort (and sense of well-being) one gets from wearing organic cotton. A cowl neck can be slightly hard to accessorize with; we'd wear it with a colorful wrap if we were cold, small earrings, and a non-jangly bracelet. It's on sale, too — 20% off for Mother's Day.
