Our daily TPS reports suggest one piece of work-appropriate attire in a range of prices. We begin the week in splurge mode, with our most expensive suggestions, and wind our way to Friday, where a less expensive item of clothing might be just what you need to make it to the weekend. ECCO’s Gisborne T-Strap PumpWe're familiar with ECCO as a comfort brand, but we were not aware that their more “fashionable” line had actually gotten, well, fashionable. We love the vintage and classy look of these T-straps — as much as we love the walkable heel height, the closed toe, and the pleated leather. Gorgeous! Available at Endless.com for $150. 1. I love these! Usually not a fan of the t-strap but I would definitely buy these if I wasn’t on shoe-probation.

  2. These are very cute, I’d definitely wear them with pants…I’m not a big fan of t-straps with skirts since I still feel as if they make a thin foot look wide, and the ankles look wide as well from the side, but I like that t-straps offer a little bit of stability for a well-heeled woman.

  3. I love these leads on non-six-inch-high heels. My aunt has gorgeous legs and wore the highest heels she could find for 30 years but now her feet are a mess, poor love.
