  1. Kat, I love how you also read the Harvard Business Review. I think we both are focused on that publication b/c we both went to law school and we both were in DC at the same time. I think all people ought to have a DC expereince, like we did. I do think that I could have done more there, if I worked on “the hill”, but I was limited to working for some goverment agencies where the lawyers really just sat around and rated women. That was NOT a good intro to DC.

If I worked on the hill, I would be able to parlay that into mabye a diplomatic post by now, but instead, I am an attorney, duly admitted and in good standing in the First Judicial Department, State of New York. Not bad for a girl that some high school teachers thought ought to be a secretary getting some slob coffee and donuts each morning! Now I have my own Secretary, Lynn, attend to that! FOOEY on those teachers, who have all retired by now. Can you imagine? DOUBEL FOOEY!

  2. Loved Jodi Whittaker as The Doctor and just ordered my 13th Doctor Halloween costume. So fun to have a Doctor with the same hair as me!!
