Dinosaur needs tech advice asap for free online applications! Starting a side gig in addition to regular job and paper planner is not cutting it(double entering things, missing tasks in small writing-arggh). I have never used an online calendar nor task list. Need intuitive, user friendly online calendar (with alerts, reminders for important calls/meetings) and task list that I can somehow separate (the task list, that is) into two (2) sections, work tasks and personal tasks. Also, I need to be able to sync the task list into the computer calendar if that is possible. Pros and cons of the apps that you use would be most helpful as I just got my first smartphone last year so I am in kindergarten with this stuff. Any other apps that would be helpful for setting up a small business in addition to online calendar and task list? Your help is greatly appreciated! I would like to spend the weekend getting this setup as I am already overwhelmed trying to keep track of all the tasks I need to do for the side business.

Do you have an iPhone? You can use the Reminders app and it will sync to your email. You can also set alarm reminders, create separate lists etc.
