I’ve been a fan of Linea Pelle leather goods since I discovered them a few years ago, and I’m proud to announce a giveaway for Corporette readers! The Dylan Large Shoulder Bag (which retails for $415) has a 9.5″ drop on the handle, gold hardware, and tons of pockets. As always, I love a fun lining, and the zebra one here is great. For fall, the bag is available in tmoro (pictured), black, crimson, and a dark blue “midnight.”
The good folks at Linea Pelle have extended a 20% off code just for Corporette readers: LPCORP20 for any full-price purchase of $150 or more (and get free ground shipping with code G3FREESHIP) (both offers good through 8/31/11).
The Rules: Comment on this post (including your email address), telling us where you’d wear the bag. The winner will be announced on Tuesday, August 23. Winner gets to choose the color. You must include your email in the comment so you can be contacted by Kat in the event you win the giveaway. Your information will be held in confidence by Corporette pursuant to The Corporette Privacy Policy, and you will only be contacted by Kat in the event you win the giveaway.

This bag is a great bag for a woman like me. I’m a lawyer and a newly single Mom on the 3 who is always on the go. This bag is perfect for the office – I could slip all of my needs in there, from an extra pair of heels, to an umbrella, to some files – and for the weekend – space for diapers and wipes and other mommy things (but, it’s not a diaper bag!!!). And, as a now-single Mom, it could transition from the office to a blind date.

I’d wear this to my first real job (starting soon)! With a bag like this, I’d look like a true professional . . .
And I’d wear it while recommending to all my friends the best type of bag to buy — just think, Linea Pelle, free advertising ;)

As an avid fashionista, compliance auditor, and mother of twin teenagers, I’d take the Dylan large shoulder bag everywhere. This fabulous bag could carry all of my “essentials” while looking great at the same time!

I just found out I’m getting promoted when I return from maternity leave at the end of the month and I’d love to have a sleek new bag like this to carry!

Oooh, I love this bag! Looks like an awesome everyday bag I’d use for work — my office is pretty casual but I do occasionally have to dress up, and I think this would get me through both. But I’d really love to have it over my shoulder when I visit my boyfriend in England this fall.

Great bag, I would probably carry it every day! I was just thinking that I wish my every day bag were a bit bigger…

I’d wear it to work, then out for cocktails and music at The Three Muses on Frenchmen Street here in New Orleans…and then eventually among the Frenchmen themselves for my honeymoon in Paris this January! The quality will definitely translate!
Liz
Perfect Friday/weekend bag. Or whenever I don’t have court. My current weekend bag is a nylon tote bag. This would be a serious upgrade!
Sarah
Ooooo, I love it! I’d totally wear it as my everyday bag to work, since it would hold everything I need, as well as out and about on the town – I take a lot of stuff everywhere! =)
Kate
This bag would be perfect for work and drinks after work!!

As a mother of two who works full-time (and then some) and is starting law school at night in the fall, I’d wear this everywhere! Great for work to school, and double as a diaper bag on the weekends!
Rosie
It’s a great bag for weekend!

This looks like a perfect everyday bag for the fall. Lovely

As a soon to be former litigator about to give it all up to go back to school for public health, I’d wear it commuting to class this September (I have been consumed by what to do for a utilitarian but still stylish “laptop/book bag”).

On an airplane.

ooooh, this bag is beautiful!! I just started my very first real law job and so this would be great to wear to work. But honestly, I’d probably find plenty of other uses for it too.

I would wear it EVERYWHERE. It’s stylish and sophisticated, yet large enough to carry my netbook and a book to read when I’m commuting on the T. I bought a similar leather purse in Buenos Aires years ago (which I have worn almost everyday since), but it has seen better days. I would love for this bag to be the first piece in my new professional wardrobe!
Kristine
I’d wear it when I’m looking fierce and kicking corporate you-know-what.
Bets
Fall is campaign season, so I’d probably carry this out doorbelling. I hate switching bags, so having one large enough to carry everything I need for a day is really important.
Grace
When would I not use this! I’m particularly in love with the Tmore color which I would wear this fall on a casual Friday with a pair of skinny cords, flats, a crisp BB non-iron and a cashmere cable knit. I’d spice it up on Friday night with dark jeans, brown suede pumps, a silk tank and blazer. It would be a perfect bag to carry around my mail, checking deposits, library books, dog leash and whatever other errands I’m running on my way home from the gym on Saturday. It would look lovely for Saturday date night with a short brown silk shirt dress, tights and booties one and be perfect for church and apple picking with the family on Sunday! Love, love, love!
Grace
forgot to include my e-mail – gracietompson@gmail.com.

I’d carry it anywhere, all the time.
Komal Mehta
I would wear it day to night. From Court in morning to post work drinks to catch up with the girls.
Kathleen
For me, this would be a wonderful everday bag! It is chic, and stylish enough to go with any outfit from casual to dressed up! kbpullenATymailDOTcom
