Kat, I read the Marie Claire article about Megan Markel and her having onley 1 gray hair. Does anyone in the HIVE serieously think she onley has 1 gray hair? In all likelihood, she goes to a colorist every 2 weeks to make sure she looks good for Harry and has done so for years! Fortunately, I have blonde hair, so if there are a couple of grey’s growing in, they are not noticeable yet. But until I get married, I will go to a colorist once I start noticeing them. After I marry I will focus on having kids and takeing care of them. That is more important then vanity in my opinion.
Did the HIVE see the article in the paper where Britain’s Prince William and his wife Kate naamed their newborn son Louis Arthur Charles? He will be known as His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge! What a big job for a little kid! What does the rest of the HIVE think about this?
I find this DailyMail thing ironic, considering their suggested stories in the sidebar: Keanu Reeves went out in public looking unkempt; Jessie James Decker is “swollen” three weeks post-partum; Nicole Kidman sometimes leaves the house without makeup; Denise Austin is “battling the dreaded middle-age spread.” How is this any different?
Oh, and Megan Markle (yes, that Megan Markle) actually hung out backstage “wearing HAIR ROLLERS.” Emphasis in original.
The “John vs women” thing in the NYT just killed me. Good grief.
That article on women vs Johns is depressing. Johns are 3% of the population, women are 50%, yet in almost any type of leadership role, those are roughly the same. Ugh.
Isn’t that why anyone, of any age and/or gender, doesn’t like to share salary information if salary information is not already public? Because we are ALL competitive with everybody and fear being judged? Hashtag Not Insightful at all, really.
Is the Elle post a joke?
