That ask a manager article makes a big deal about a manager who makes his employee work 27 days in a row. I have been doieng this for years! And I do NOT care b/c even tho I work every day, I still have time to read the internet and watch the hearings at work. My manageing partner said we did NOT have to bill at all yesterday, but our monthly hours should not be altered. This means we just add 3 extra hours to each day for the rest of the month. He always has ways to make sure we do not over work. YAY!!!
