  1. Kat, I love the Fast Company article “6 ways to stop being so mean to yourself already”. It so typifies our own insecurities as women, and how to over come them. That is why men are different. It’s in their DNA, Dad says, b/c they have a Y chromosome we do not, and that is why they have no compunction about moving forward w/o self doubts. We, on the other hand, have two X charomosomes, and that is why both have to agree with each other b/f we move forward with our decisionmaking. Dad always has the answers, and i guess it is b/c the X and the Y do NOT conflict with one another. It is sometimes my thought that I want a Y chromosome so I don’t have these kinds of doubt’s. On the other hand, I want to be viewed as pretty, and I would not be if I were a male. FOOEY!
