Just a thank you post all those who responded a few days ago to my request for tips.
Struggling as I seem to have lost the ability to walk for the last year or so. It may well come back but it is hard to keep going as if nothing had happened, which is my current strategy.
Your comments good luck, Wheels, Curious, CHL and many anonymous made a huge difference to me.
It just helps putting things into perspective knowing that you are not alone and I am now reading at pace The Invisible Kingdom that one of you advised. As it happens I have 2/3 of The author diagnosis and again it is very helpful!
