Happy Administrative Professionals Day – What Are You Getting Yours?

Today is Administrative Professionals Day — what are you getting yours? Do you give the same amount every year or does it vary? Does your company or firm have a culture around this holiday? (At my old firm, we had a rule of thumb for end of year holiday gifts that readers were horrified at: $100 per year you'd been with the firm.)
(In the past, the most common answer was: CASH, perhaps with flowers.)
Along those lines, how has your relationship with your assistant(s) changed as you've risen in seniority or worked in different offices? Have your offices cut a lot of those positions out, or consolidated them — and how do you think it affected your work?
In the past, we've discussed how to delegate, how to hire an assistant, and how to use a personal assistant. On the personal side of things, we've discussed how much help you have in your life in general, and I shared what happened when I used virtual assistants for personal tasks. (In general boss news, we recently rounded up the best books for women managers based on reader recommendations!)

A lot of assumptions here.
