Would you schedule a performance check-in/request for new projects with your boss for next week (before the holidays – when things are winding down and he/she perhaps has some free headspace to think about this), or in early January when everyone is back in the office and things are crazy, but he/she wouldn’t be interrupted with the holiday break (which may make them forget what you discussed)?

Wait until AFTER–if you ask him now, you will get LOADED down with all of the stupid thing’s he is trying to unload so that he can take time off. You Silly girl, you!! It would be SILLY of you to stick your neck out NOW! FOOEY on that! Unless you have nothing beter to do over the new year’s, that is. I have to work but I have NO boyfreind to do thing’s with or keep me warm over the holiday. DOUBEL FOOEY!
