Coffee Break: Claire V for Anthropologie

I have mixed feelings about headbands, to be honest, but even I'm taking notice that cool-girl bag brand Claire V has an interesting and affordable collaboration with Anthropologie — including headbands.
(The collection also includes some cute bento boxes, a lovely carafe, and a few other things.) This leather headband has the popular knotted look and comes in three cheery, happy colorways, including this artsy red, white, and blue polka dot print. I think it could be a great look for a Zoom call or to give your Day 2 (or 3!) hair a little bit of pep.
The headbands are $48 at Anthropologie. Clare V. for Anthropologie Sabine Headband
Psst: Anthro is offering an extra 50% off sale items (25% off sale furniture), which is pretty good on the Anthro sale scale.

That looks like something somebody would wear in the President’s Box at a UF football game.
Yes!
Ha! 100%!
I’m old enough that padded/fluffy headbands make me think about Hillary Clinton circa 1993. And also about myself as a high school sophomore. In neither case was it a good look. I love that print, but not on a headband.
Loved headbands in the Hillary era and I wore them, but they always gave me a headache and soreness where the ends hit behind my ears. Combine that with glasses that hit at the same spot and it a no-go.
I was just thinking this makes me even more excited to read Curtis Sittenfield’s new book, Rodham. It imagines what Hillary’s life would have been had she not married Bill.
Yes, reminds me of Hilary 1993 in those memorable photos. Not wearing one ever.
Generally nay on headbands, except that my pixie cut is currently growing out so I may need them to manage it soon.
Vent: Some of my colleagues have now put themselves as “out of office” and their OOO email says “Working remotely.” Yes, we’re all working remotely, that doesn’t mean you’re out of the office. Maybe not working a normal schedule, but all you’re doing with your useless “Be brave in the face of adversity! Working remotely during this crisis!!!!” email is clogging up inboxes.
I have a client who sets an out of office every single night indicating that she will be back to work the following morning. You know you’re allowed to sleep without a special notice to us, right…
omg.
I gotta say, my first thought if I saw something like that would be that she’s getting obnoxious emails all night from someone higher up. “Hello? Where are you? Time for a quick chat?” …and that this auto-reply, as a reminder that work is not 24 hours now, was her last resort.
My legal assistant does that, randomly. Yes, it’s Friday afternoon, you’ll be back on Monday, thank you. I am not the dowager countess in Downton Abbey, I know what a weekend is.
It’s the worst. So. much. email. clutter.
I recently saw an automated reply that said something like: „I’m out of the office today to spend time with my family, relief stress and recharge.“
My first reaction was irritation- you don’t have to give me the details, just take a day off if necessary. My second reaction was, ok maybe at that company it’s the norm to give such detail to normalize and promote mental health days.
My third reaction was, well, if you need to promote this maybe your company is shitty with work-life balance but supports the “performativeness“ of such emails???
And then I judged myself for judging an OOO email.
“I’m out of the office today to have a camera put up my bum. Fingers crossed for no polyps!”
I just laughed out loud, Anonome.
“I’m out of the office to go on a long beach vacation with my husband. If all goes well, I’ll be OOO for 12 weeks starting 39 weeks from now.”
Yes, these emails are so dumb! The worst is that my company relies pretty heavily on skype statuses, so the fools who are set to “out of office” look like they’re not working.
I automatically filter these OOO to a box I never look at. It’s great.
Peloton ladies, I’m in need of two recommendations.
1. I’m riding in a 3/4 above grade “basement” area. It stays generally cool in the summer though this level of the house does not have central AC. The bike is right next to a full window. Even with the window open, on days that don’t have a breeze it gets hot fast. I can see it getting steamy/stuffy down there as the spring/summer march on (I’m in Boston, fwiw). I don’t have a ton of space at the front of the bike for a free standing fan. I feel like a bike-mounted fan will be too aggressively in my face. Anyone have suggestions for a solution?
2. Because of said lack of fitness studio level ventilation, I’m sweating like. a. beast. Favorite headbands that have a dual purpose of keeping flyaway hairs back and also catching sweat? Any other hacks here?
Was thinking about the exact same thing the other day. I’m thinking I’ll probably wind up with a bike-mounted fan, since I would prefer it to be in my face and at least my face will stay cooler.
Everyone I know who has any sort of spin setup has some version of this:
https://www.vornado.com/shop/circulators-fans/633-medium-air-circulator
I sweat profusely and use a very thin headband to keep the hair back, then a rolled and tied bandanna at my hairline to catch the sweat.
Get a box fan and put it in the window.
Exactly. Those things are amazing. (Lifelong Bostonian and almost never had central air.)
You can also buy a window A/C unit.
Yes! I never had A/C in Boston due to the box fan. If it is hotter outside than in, turn it so the air is getting pulled out. Also I think a fan in your face would be ideal for exercising.
And open a window on the other side of the room/house for cross ventilation.
Look up the Holmes Blizzard fan–it’s cheap and really effective and only about 4 inches thick. Sits great on a windowsill.
Not specifically what you asked for, but I saw this the other day and am thinking about getting it to help keep the Peloton clean while also having a wiping towel: https://dripaccessory.com/products/peloton-spintowel-1
Does anyone have any creative solutions for back spasms? My lower back randomly went into spasm while getting dressed on Friday morning. I’ve tried laying on heating pads, which usually helps but doesnt seem to help this time, as well as Icy Hot patches, which are somewhat helping. I’ve also been taking Advil. But it’s now Monday afternoon and I’m still in quite a bit of pain, particularly when I bend over. I probably would have been to see a chiropractor or physical therapist or at least masseuse by now in normal times, but not really an option now. Anyone have other suggestions?
I just saw someone recommending a TENS unit if you can’t get to your PT. I bought one on amazon for $30 but haven’t figured out how to use it.
There are tons of Youtube videos on how to use TENS devices, you need to make sure you have the sticky pads it came with or you can get some, the unit won’t function without them.
I was going to say, this is exactly what I use my TENS unit for. I bought one with an Aleve brand on it a few years back from the FSA store; it doesn’t have wires but just sticks directly on my back and then runs through a 30-minute stimulation cycle. I also have another, more typical TENS device that I use when I have pain in places other than my lower back. It helps much more than medication or stretching but is usually not as effective as getting lots of rest (not always possible) or getting a chiropractic adjustment (and chiropractors are closed where we are). Walgreens and/or CVS or another drugstore may have TENS devices in stock. It’s definitely worth trying if you can find a lower-cost unit.
Child’s pose with knees wide, arms stretched long in front of you.
Warm bath with Epsom salts.
I find Aleve (naproxen) works a lot better than Advil for my back spasms, but my husband finds the opposite. So maybe try switching up the medicine?
When my lower back spasms, it’s usually a sign that my hamstrings and glutes are tight. Try stretching those and see if it helps the back release.
Can you either get outside to walk or walk slowly on a treadmill? My often sore back loves walks. I would wait another day or two before stretching.
Once it does heal up a bit, core strength exercises can help. For me, ab work keeps my lower back from going haywire.
I’m not sure Icy Hot has any theraputic benefits. I would try a real ice pack alternating with a hot pack. I think the idea is 10 minutes hot then 10 without then 10 cold. PT told me that the alternating temperatures bring blood flow to the area to speed healing. I love putting on heat but hate the cold but do it anyway.
Instead of Icy Hot, I also swear by Thermacare stick on heat packs. I use the neck ones stuck to my lower back where the pain is the worst, and leave on for 8 hours. I often get 8+ more hours of pain relief even when I take them off. The instructions say to be careful wearing them to sleep but I do. (I think that’s for seniors with fragile skin or people with problems discerning temperature and therefore get burned.)
Good luck. Back pain is the worst.
Theraworx. I bought it thinking it was topical magnesium. I’m not exactly sure what it really is, but it works very quickly which is what I want.
Voltaren gel. Needs a prescription.
Does anyone know where I could order a bunch of clean mascara samples? Birchbox used to have this but has discontinued their box.
Sephora has mini/travel sizes of some bestsellers. They tend to be about half the price of full size versions.
Any side sleepers who have a favorite pillow?
If you like down pillows, I like the firm LL Bean down pillow. It stays lofty pretty well through the night. I also now have a firm Hasten’s pillow, which was splurge and not all that much better than the LL Bean one honestly.
I like the oxygen pillow. I didn’t buy it so I could breathe better, I bought it for neck support. It’s pricey but worth it to me. And hopefully I breathe better too!
It comes in different sizes. I was able to try mine at a mattress store. I’m not sure how you’d do it online.
This is the oxygen pillow
https://o2pillow.com/
I have not tried this particular pillow, but I will never go back after switching to latex pillows. This one looks especially great, but I’ve had several and they are all better than anything else I’ve used. I prefer layers or “chunks” (like this one) to shreds, which are cheaper bu not as supportive or comfortable to me.
I like the Costco Stevens and Foster memory foam pillow a lot.
I received my Johnny Was masks today. Thanks to the poster who recommended them!
They’re nice. The outside is a lightweight rayon print fabric. The inside part that touches your face is lightweight cotton. The prints are a mixed bag but in my order there are two with black backgrounds, one with navy background, and tow that are more of a beige background. All of these will coordinate with my wardrobe, to the extent one cares about a face mask going with your outfit, but hey, we’re all here on a fashion blog.
They were packaged in individual plastic sleeves, wrapped in tissue paper in a bundle, and included a note about how buying their masks supports them donating 300,000+ masks to essential workers in hospitals and charities.
I’m happy with mine, too. Hubby was jealous so I ordered a set in the “neutral” prints for him.
Also PSA I washed them before I wore them. Tossed one in the dryer and hung the others. The one from the dryer was more wrinkly than the others but not damaged in any way so I’d say feel free.
Did you get the regular ones or the silk charmeuce ones? I can’t decide
I got the signature collection, so rayon rather than silk. The rayon is nice, like an old broken in Hawaiian shirt.
Me too.
These look great. Where are these made? I prefer US made but their website doesn’t specify. Also will these shrink in a warm wash?
I washed them in cold and put one in the dryer and it didn’t shrink.
Made in Los Angeles. I don’t know about washing temp – the insert says machine washable. I usually wash on warm and would do so with these. I honestly don’t have a lot of room in my life for high-care garments right now!
I online chatted with someone at the company and was told the masks were made in China. I didn’t order them. I was looking at the Signature collection, which says it’s cotton sateen with 100% cotton. If they are indeed rayon and not cotton sateen, I’m doubly glad I didn’t order any.
That was me! I received mine on Saturday and love them. I posted this morning that one is in the same pattern as a dress I bought last summer and I am going to be in the COVID-19 version of Garanimals.
Omg I wish we could share pics on here because that sounds like a lewk!
I received mine today. I ordered the silk charmeuce and one was most definitely cotton. The individual labels indicate a total of 3 were cotton/spandex. An interior label indicates “Made in China”.
Any recommended articles for people who don’t have depression to better understand it? In my second trimester and both my doctor and therapist support meds, but husband doesn’t really get why it’s that “bad,” despite watching my sob uncontrollably 4 separate times yesterday. He is a good person and supportive of therapy, but meds make him nervous (have already sent him articles about safety for baby). I am struggling to articulate why the risk of me not taking meds (can’t work out, trouble getting out of bed, trouble sleeping) outweigh the (very minor) risks of me taking them. He’s one of those people who won’t even take tylenol for a headache and has drug abuse in his family (but not him). Any ideas?
Can you do a few therapy appointments together? Maybe your therapist can help him understand and maybe he’d be more willing to hear it from an expert?
You need articles about the benefits of exercise for your baby (it’s not just a lower risk of gestational diabetes; exercise strengthens the baby’s heart and improves the placenta). Then you need articles about the effects of long-term sleep deprivation on you and the effects of depression on the baby. Yes, depression and stress can hurt the child.
Then what you need is couples counseling. I’m a big believer in the idea that a lot of decisions in marriage are joint decisions, but if the medication is safe for you and safe for the baby, then he needs to understand that he doesn’t get to throw a monkey wrench into those works. (And when you’re dealing with someone with depression, making them fight you for what they need is just awful.)
Read this through before you show it to him, but I think it might be helpful:
https://womensmentalhealth.org/specialty-clinics/psychiatric-disorders-during-pregnancy/
I mean, I found Prozac Nation to be a pretty good portrait of depression when I was going through it myself and trying to understand it. It might not be very appealing to a grown man to read the angsty musings of a very young woman, though.
That said, decades without depression later, I struggle to understand my BF’s severe-ish depression and admit that I feel extremely frustrated by the fact there is seemingly nothing I can do to help. Educating him is worthwhile.
Yeah tell him he isn’t your doctor and that you can’t take on the burden of educating him about what depression is on top of growing his bang and taking care of yourself. You do not need his permission to take care of yourself!
This solves the medication problem, but doesn’t solve the conflict with husband problem.
+1 would he be open to the suggestion that he should take on more of the work of figuring out how to deal with his feelings on this? He could research it, talk to a therapist, find a support group, etc. instead of expecting you to do all of that for him on top of dealing with depression and pregnancy.
Work with him on this, and stay positive! You are going to have a BABY!!!!! YAY!!!!! I would be soooooooooooo happy if I were in your shoes, so think of the positive. You will have a baby and a family! This is something you cannot do on your own. I wish I could but I can’t. And at this point you half way there! In a few months, you will be able to do the things you can’t do now, and your husband will be there to help. As for MEDS, I cannot really comment, but if they will help, I say why not? Your husband has issues in his family, but that is not you. So, in a nutshell, the hive believes and says that:
You WILL FEEL BETTER!
YOU WILL HAVE A BABY!!!
YOU WILL HAVE THE FULL SUPPORT OF THE HIVE BEHIND YOU!!!!!
SO GO FOR IT AND BE HAPPY!!!!!
YAY!!!!

Would your husband listen if your doctor talked to him and reinforced the seriousness of this?
I could use some shoe recommendations for Morton’s Neuroma. For those not familiar, it’s an exposed nerve situation on the bottom of the foot due to spreading of the metatarsals, usually between the 3rd and 4th goes.
I’m not going to be able to see my podiatrist for a (painful) shot for a while so I’m hoping for the next best thing – an overnight box from Zappos. I need spring shoes anyway.
Here’s a Morton’s Neuroma hack that I have had success with: tape your third and fourth toes together. You can use medical tape if you have it, or a band aid will even work. Look for shoes with a wide toe box, and avoid high heels. I had an especially bad flareup that happened right before a vacation to Nashville and had good luck with Dansko sandals. Here’s a good site to check out for recommendations: https://www.barkingdogshoes.com/mortons-neuroma/
Thank you for reminding me to wear my Dansko clogs. I don’t know why that didn’t occur to me!
After my Morton’s Neuroma came into my life, I wore Danksos only for about a year or year an da half and that did so much to help. After a couple years of Danko rocker soles (clogs, booties, sandals) I graduated to regular flats, and sometimes depending on the shoe I can wear a 1.5 to 2 inch heel for an evening out. Some dansko even come with metatarsal pads, which can help.
Also, check out the Barking Dogs blog. They offer shoe reviews for all sorts of foot issues. The options aren’t all the cutest most hip shoes ever, but with a little digging you can find something that will work with your style.
I think Barking Dog shoes had specific recommends for this condition
A couple of times, my Morton’s Neuroma has been more painful than labor. Not kidding. Those times resulted from a day of wearing boots with a thin, hard sole, like Frye boots tend to have. Don’t do that. For work, I find wedges or Cole Haan pumps the most comfortable and a little bit of a heel is better than none, which seems counterintuitive. I go barefoot as much as possible and wear Nike free runs or Rothy’s with my quarantine clothes.
I just noted this weekend that 2+ months into working from home, wearing only slipper, sneakers, hiking shoes and sandals: zero symptoms of Morton’s Neuroma. Normally the symptoms are a constant. I clearly need to rethink my work shoes when I return to the office.
For casual (non work) shoes, Lems have been a godsend. I resisted because I thought the wide toe box was slightly clown like, but after a while the pain got so bad that I didn’t care. I wear those three seasons, Dansko ankle boots when I want something a little dressier, hobble around in heels when I have to, and Birkenstock’s all summer. It’s the worst, good luck!
Advice for a job seeker: Right before the lockdown in NY, I was interviewing for a position (not advertised, I was a referral) for a job I was really, really excited for. A few days before the state lockdown, I was told that, in light of the pandemic, they were holding off on all in person interviews and would get back to me. I followed up a little over three weeks later with a brief email, saying that I understand this is a strange time for hiring, but that I wanted to reaffirm my interest at working at XYZ Corp and would be happy to discuss at their convenience.
I haven’t heard a response since, 1.5 months later. Should I (1) just believe that no news is good news and that because they haven’t said that they aren’t hiring, just wait it out or (2) follow up? I doubt the hiring person missed my email, but that’s a possibility. I don’t want to appear pushy and tone deaf, but am sad at the thought that I’m missing out on an amazing career opportunity. I’m so happy for my current job, but was pretty miserable in the months leading up to March.
I’d wait. They are (1) not hiring right now, and (2) likely cutting salaries and/or laying off or furloughing staff. And I say this knowing nothing about who they are – it’s just good odds.
Assume they aren’t hiring now and live your life accordingly. If they start up again great!
Sadly, I’d say that under the current circumstances, no news is bad news. If they haven’t contacted you after your follow-up, they aren’t hiring. Continuing to follow up looks like obliviousness to current realities. I am in NY, too. What I’d suggest is to wait until your sector/region is reopening for business. Then follow up, wish your interviewer well, and say that you remain interested in opportunities at XYZ Corp as they return to operation and evaluate emerging business conditions. I think that’s about all you can do.
Most companies I know, including mine, instituted hiring freezes and salary freezes in March or April. I think it’s pretty obvious that’s why they haven’t answered your email. I’m sorry.
I’m kind of bored with my veggie side dishes and would love some suggestions. Our meal formula tends to be protein main, veggie side, optional starch, optional salad. My son does keto so I’m not looking for veggie mains as those are usually pretty starchy. Our current standbys are roasted asparagus or broccoli, or diced sautéed zucchini.
Suggestions?
I love roasted cherry tomatoes with a little olive oil and garlic, and roasted red and yellow bell peppers, prepped the same way. I have seen people do”cauliflower steaks” on the grill but have yet to try this. I don’t know enough about keto to know if you can do quinoa or a tabouli or other grain-based salad. I am guessing elote’ is also too starchy, but I do love it.
Sometimes, I just put out sliced watermelon or a bowl of strawberries. Have you tried grilling peaches or pineapple? Again, these might not go over for the keto crowd.
Grilled peaches are AMAZING. With a little vanilla ice cream? …oops, maybe not as a side dish :)
I made a big bowl of slaw tonight – I had a kohlrabi in my veg box and grated it with a couple of carrots, then made a spicy soy dressing to go over it. Delicious!
I also love sautéed green beans (straight from frozen).
French green beans (haricots verts) quickly sauteed with olive oil, butter, and lemon, with lemon pepper.
Roasted carrots are delicious.
Edamame?
Doing a lot of stir-fried greens recently. I like these better with sturdy greens (chard, collards, mustards, kale) compared to more tender greens (spinach, arugula, baby greens). Wash the greens. Cut the center rib/stem out of the greens and cut into roughly 1″ length. Coarsely chop the leafy parts so they’re the size of a Post-It note. Heat a large pan on med-hi heat, add enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan (I usually use 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil; can also soften some minced garlic or chopped shallots during this step). Toss in the chopped stems (they’ll usually sizzle) and stir them around for a few minutes to soften. Add the remaining chopped leafy parts, stirring frequently until softened/wilted to your liking. Squeeze half a lemon over the pan, stir until it’s incorporated. Salt and pepper to taste. Going big with the lemon really helps this sing.
We also like almost any vegetable tossed with EVOO, salt/pepper, and roasted at 425 until the edges are toasty. We do this with cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, carrots, cabbage wedges, etc.
I do similar greens as above but I’ve found that steaming them in the instant pot makes the stems completely edible, eliminating the annoying destemming step. I add bacon if I’m serving with spicy mains.
Grilled radicchio
I ended up with an insane amount of veggies last week (when I ordered, I was pretty sure I selected three heads of broccoli, not three bundles with three heads each, and same with summer squash and I also had a ton of carrots) so I grilled and “pickled” everything. We’ve been eating it as a side every couple of days. I love how easy it was.
https://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/quick-pickled-charred-grilled-vegetables
I learned an amazing trick from my mother recently: save pickle juice after finishing a jar of pickles and stuff it with shredded cabbage and carrots. A few hours later you have delicious slaw and it lasts forever in the fridge. I add some olive oil before serving.
We are doing a lot of cabbage or brussels, stirfried/sauteed with bacon. Bonus, both veggies last for quite a while.
BA had this broccoli dish a while back that had shredded cheddar dropped on top, I think. It was more work than i usually put into broccoli but it was great
Cold cucumber salad or quick pickle to go with grilled / bbq stuff.
Asparagus is in season now i think, and is super easy. Plus, by the time you get tired of it, you really can’t find good fresh stuff anymore.
Never underestimate the power of crudite. Snap peas and radishes are in season in many places.
I’ve been making this lately – it’s soooo good and you can swap in and out whatever veggies you have/want. https://www.today.com/recipes/roasted-vegetable-white-bean-salad-recipe-t144350
For the beans, I used Alison Roman’s (I know, I know) brothy beans recipe from her latest cookbook – basically put dried beans (I used cannellini), a head of garlic and a shallot cut in half, half an onion, and some fresh herb sprigs in a big pot. Cover with 4 inches of water, add lots of salt (3ish tbsp or more) and simmer until creamy and tender – an hour and 15 mins to an hour and a half. SO GOOD.
No offense but as a woman of color who has experienced white women trying to score points at my expense in the workplace, I will never touch any recipie made by that woman ever again!
Roasted brussel sprouts are great, and our grocery store sells them in packages that are already halved for you, which makes it even easier. I toss ’em with a glaze made of honey, soy sauce, ginger powder, minced garlic, and black pepper and roast at 400 degrees for 30-ish minutes (just watched them and rotate/stir around 15 minutes, I like to let mine get a little brown and crispy). I’ve also done them with just minced garlic and a little bit of olive oil, again roasted in the oven on a sheet pan.
For closure, I wanted to post an update on how the boyfriend I moved in with during quarantine had been messaging other women on dating apps.
I read every single reply over and over again from my previous post – a heartfelt thank you to everyone. That really gave me the strength to go through an awkward and painful conversation that my avoidance tendencies were screaming not to have. And as many of you had mentioned, yes he had been a charismatic, outgoing, extremely competent guy who swept me off my feet – things were so easy with him! he was suave and funny and witty! – but definitely knew how to play his cards.
His extremely ‘remorseful’ texts and voice messages on how he thought it was more casual till before we moved in for quarantine and he was sorry that I was serious way before he was but he was totally in it with me since March were piling up – warning sirens right there. I messaged him to call it off completely and I wasn’t interested in investing time to someone who cheats and lies…which eventually led him to spill the beans on yes he was on dating apps well into April for fun. I only saw one message in April but didn’t know he was on it the entire time. I mean, we were connected by hip 24/7, how did he even have the time? And major props to someone who predicted this in a previous reply – he felt good about how he could still get girls and wanted the confidence boost. Aaaaand the cherry on top of it all, he “wasn’t cheating. He just had a stupid swiping addiction that he couldn’t cut.”
After I saw no point in arguing with a man who claims he was a victim of a dating app swiping addiction, I blocked his number and flew out back home.
Really, the stupidity of it all snapped me back to reality. At least I thank him for that. I refused to be the woman that was too afraid to have a proper confrontation or to become lonely again and takes him back after he cries boohoo about self-esteem ego boost addiction.
I feel so much better now. I wanted to share in case anyone else has gone through something similar. Thank you all.
Great update. You deserve better!
Go you! I absolutely think you made the right move. Kudos to you for having the strength to put yourself first. Thanks for the update
Good for you! All of the clapping emojis. Thank you for the update.
Now that it’s over, as your brain decides how to categorize this in the long-term memory section, I’m wondering if you might want to make this story not at all about him (he doesn’t deserve it). It sounds like he was temporary physical closeness during the start of a pandemic and then he was a plot point in your life’s movie forcing you to realize that, while you see yourself as “avoidant,” the reality is that you stood up for yourself, held your standards, and walked out on the wrong thing in the middle of an em effing pandemic like the epic superhero that you are.
*raising a glass to you* Here’s to you forgetting his name in a matter of days and to you remembering your awesomeness for a lifetime!
+1 you did this – you held your head high, respected yourself, and made refused to be treated badly.
*cheers* to The Original’s toast above. Forget him. :)
I’ll drink to all this!
Good for you! You are so well rid of this louse.
This is awesomeness. You should be so proud of yourself for ditching this a$$hat and moving right along. I am proud of you. The entire hive should be giving you a standing ovation!
Wonderful!! Thank you for this update and HOORAY FOR YOU!!
