We mentioned this in one of our Tweets yesterday, but a huge thanks to Judge Lefkow for mentioning Corporette as a fashion resource for women attorneys. The story has been picked up by a few media outlets, and, possibly combined with our mention in this month's Glamour (!), we are noticing quite a few new readers.
So: Welcome! We pride ourselves on having a fairly vibrant (yet respectful) community for a small blog, which helps us feel like readers get good advice even if the author of the post gums it up somehow.

Hi C —
Just FYI, but the Judge Lefkow comment was picked up by the ABA and appears in today’s weekly newsletter (and links to Corporette)!

Corporette, I love you and have been reading for a long time. The only thing I’d love more about you would be if you’d post about plus-sized clothes, and ESPECIALLY if you’d put the occasional plus-sized outfit into the Suit of the Week or the daily reports. If you think it’s hard to look professional as a size 4, try doing it as a size 20. Think of it as a challenge!

I recently found Corporette though the ABA Journal online and I am so grateful for the guidance and advice proffered on your blog.

Just FYI: I got here from the NY Times, whose article (currently on the front page of the website) links directly here. Congratulations on the publicity.

I found you bc of J. Lefkow’s comment. I get the NY Times daily headlines sent to me online. There was the link to the article re the Judge’s symposium and their debate on the laws of fashion. I think your site is great and addictive. Kudos!

Awesome concept. Great content . Looking forward to getting to know the blog better!
Thanks!

Love this! I am a funeral director and appreciate the business approach to dressing. Unfortunately, today some people coming into my profession think professional is “goth” including black finger nail polish and lip stick. Nothing says power like the little black suit. And it was just a bonus that I found it through the NYT. Great work!
