TJ!
Honestly, I think you need to break up with him. Also, know your office.
You almost got it. :)
apologies- network hiccup.
I’m a newly admitted MBA to a top-20 program, and plan on attending a bunch of upcoming events/conferences for women in business, including in some HOT places like Dallas and Los Angeles taking place this summer. Coming from a creative industry, I’m working on polishing my wardrobe for these events.
My question is: are bare legs/peep toes acceptable for these events? I was particularly thinking these:http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/nine-west-oliva-pump/3709443?origin=category&BaseUrl=Peep+Toe
I can’t comment on peep toes, but bare legs are absolutely acceptable in Dallas in the summer. Or now.
Yes to both. I’m in Houston, and I cannot imagine anyone questioning that.
Bare legs and peep toes are common in LA too
I’m in L.A. and bare legs are completely acceptable. I see peep toes too, but personally don’t think they’re that professional. (I’m in law though, which tends to be more stodgy).
Make sure you bring a sweater or a jacket to wear inside. Some conference spaces can be freezing in Dallas despite the heat outside.
