Dress Code
I’m actively looking for a new job. The recruiter I’m working with suggested we meet in person and when I suggested coffee, she said she prefers that I go to their office and meet her and some of her colleagues tomorrow. What’s my dress code for this occasion? I’m applying for a position in a reputed investment bank. I’m not too crazy about wearing “the classic black suit” and prefer something like a black skirt, neutral top and a gray coat. Will this work?

I think your outfit sounds fine. I also hope you are applying for a position at a reputable investment bank, not a reputed one.
