This is a spin-off question on the bikini article – I have read through all the comments on that as well as the previous swim article. My company holds our annual conference in the Caribbean, and we all bring an SO with us; I am one of only 2 women in the company. It’s unavoidable that we’ll see each other around the resort pools. I wear a tankini with shorts, but since I am busty there is no way to avoid showing a little cleavage (1-2 in.) in any suit that also provides the support I need up top (I usually use Lane Bryant tops). Thoughts on the appropriateness of showing any cleavage around coworkers?

You’re already bringing your SO and wearing shorts so I think you’re doing everything that could be reasonably expected of you. You might try Title IX or Athleta for more athetic-looking tops if that would make you more comfortable.

Rash guard? I have a sleeveless one from Athleta that I wear over my suit as my nursing figure is a little more “exuberant” than normal :-)
