  1. Wow, if you only knew or cared that the author of ATOMIC HABITS copied the whole idea from the OG BJ Fogg, who wrote the much better TINY HABITS.

  2. I mentioned it last week already: 12 hikes per year has been my resolution for two years now, and I like that it’s tangible, achievable, gets me outside, off my phone, and together with friends. The first year I bent the definition of hike to reach 12, and last year I exceeded the goal.
